🚩Building a Location

Step 1: Access the Locations Tab

Navigate to the "Locations" tab.

Step 2: Add a New Location

Click the plus (+) button.

Step 3: Enter Location Information
  1. In the "Location" section of the pop-up window, enter the necessary information. Although none of the fields are mandatory, providing more information will be beneficial for future reference.

"Customer" In the "Customer" field, enter the relevant customer associated with the location. If the location does not pertain to a specific customer or is a one-time entry, you may leave this field blank. Adding a customer will help when generating reports that show customer activity at their respective locations.

“Notes” Information entered in the "Notes" field will automatically be included in the rate confirmation every time this location is used. This feature eliminates the need to manually copy and paste notes each time you create a load with this location.

Step 4: Save the Location
  1. Press the "Add" button to save the Location.
