🛠️Getting Setup
Step1: Log In and Access Settings
Log in to your account.
Navigate to the settings button located in the top right corner of the screen.
Step 3: Configure Settings
In the Admin Dashboard, click on the "Settings" tab.

Federal Tax ID: Enter your Employer Identification Number (EIN) to generate 1099 info.
Bank Account Information: Enter bank account number and routing details for generating ACH payment files in the billing section of the software.
Rate Confirmation Invoice Contact: Enter the email address where carriers should send their invoices.

The system will automatically calculate these fees in the billing portion of the software.
Once you've created the terms, press the plus (+) button. You can create as many terms as needed.
Step 5: User Permissions
Access the Users Tab Go to Admin Settings, then click on the Users tab. Here, you'll see a list of all users in your system, with options to edit, activate, or deactivate each account.
Adjust Permissions From the user details screen, you can view and customize permissions for every tab in the system:
The top toggle for each tab will completely hide that tab from the selected user.
The individual toggles beneath allow you to define what actions the user can take on that specific page, based on their role.
Setting Permissions for New Users Whenever you create a new user, be sure to review and set their permissions accordingly.
Troubleshooting Permission Issues
If a user doesn’t see a button or feature that others do, their permissions for that feature may be disabled.
If a user encounters a "Not Authorized" error upon login, it’s likely due to restricted permissions on their default landing page, make sure they have access to the Loads page or another appropriate section.
